Eat like a belgian

Unable to define the “Belgian cuisine” (like any other).

A simple way is to propose a list of typical Belgian dishes, as does very well Wikipedia.

Some Brussels places where you can probably enjoy some of these belgian recipes :

  • Jef & Fils : in front of the Bourse (stock exchange), “caricoles” (sea snails) to eat standing up or on the terrace of a nearby café.
  • ‘t Kelderke : located on the Grand Place, this “little cave” seems frequented by Belgians as much as by tourists, which is rather a good sign!
