We believe that you will ask the cancellation of your booking only in case of force majeure. That is why we have adopted the cancellation policy defined as “flexible” by the Airbnb network, namely:
- If the guest canceled at least 5 full days prior to listing’s local check in time (17h) on the day of check in, the entire deposit will be refunded. For example, if check-in is on Friday, cancel by the previous Sunday before 17:00.
- If the guest cancels less than 5 days in advance, the first night is non-refundable but the remaining nights will be 50% refunded.
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are 50% refunded.
N.B.: If the booking was made via an other web portal (HouseTrip, Wimdu, HolidayLettings, etc), the conditions laid down in this portal will apply.
